2026 CORT Negotiations Skills Training

Description

This is a two-day training designed to provide attorneys an opportunity to develop, refine, and practice their negotiation skills. The training is a combination of lectures and small group exercises and will cover counseling clients in anticipation of negotiations, negotiation strategy, and settlement drafting.  The NITA case file uses a divorce scenario, but knowledge of family law is not a prerequisite. Negotiation and counseling skills taught will be applicable to all case types.
