CORT Discovery Training

Description

This 3-day in-person training is an intro to discovery practices suitable for attorneys who have been with legal services for 2 - 5 years (or have other litigation experience). The training will include lectures, small group breakout sessions, and participant driven exercises. Participants should come prepared to work and actively engage with their fellow participants and small group trainers. Participants will have homework throughout the event. The training will cover a variety of topics including: discovery planning, written discovery, e-discovery, sanctions, and practical tips.

Participants must be available and participate in ALL training sessions.

This training will take place in Ohio.
