We will discuss how the TCJA will affect large families, employees with unreimbursed work expenses, divorce cases, student loan discharges for disability, and Marketplace health insurance. We will also briefly cover tax scams, the rules surrounding private debt collection agencies collecting IRS debt, and free tax filing and controversy representation resources in MI, OH, IN and WV.

Presenter: Anastassia Kolosova is an attorney at the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic of Accounting Aid Society and a recipient of the 2018-2020 American Bar Association Taxation Section Christine A.
