This CORT First Friday will focus on interviewing older adults and adults with mental disabilities. Older adults and adults with disabilities need to be listened to, believed, and affirmed. This training will focus on client interviewing and counseling techniques that will allow you to build a rapport with your clients and empower clients to tell their own stories.
