CORT Litigation Planning

Description

The Committee on Regional Training (CORT) will be presenting the Litigation Planning Training on April 4, 2019 in Lansing, Michigan.

The training will introduce litigation planning concepts including: element charts; trial notebooks; matters of proof; evidence; developing a theme and theory of a case; and the use of drama in the courtroom. Litigation Planning is a prerequisite for Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST), which will take place in August.

The target audience for Litigation Planning is lawyers with 1 1/2 years of practice after admission.
