This session will focus on SSDI/SSI casework. Rob Walter, a former legal aid attorney and currently in private practice handling social security cases, will talk about tips for working on the types of SSDI/SSI cases most commonly handled by legal aid programs. Administrative Law Judge Thomas Wang will talk about best practices at administrative law hearings.
