CORT Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST)

Description

The Committee on Regional Training (CORT) will be presenting the Trial Advocacy Skills Training in-person in Ann Arbor, Michigan at Weber’s Inn -  July 25th – 29th. 

**Virtual Mandatory Pre-training requirement – Litigation Planning – June 28th – (9:00AM – 4:15PM)

TAST is an intensive five-day training designed to provide attorneys, with 2 - 3 years of experience, an opportunity to develop, refine, and practice trial skills to provide more effective representation to clients. TAST culminates in a mock bench trial. As a prerequisite, all TAST attendees MUST attend the virtual Pre-training requirement Litigation Planning and MUST complete and submit a trial notebook (due July 20th). This training is limited to 36 participants.
