CORT Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST)

Description

This 5 day in-person training will take place from July 9th - July 13th, 2024 in Ann Arbor, MI.

**Virtual Mandatory Pre-training requirement – Litigation Planning

TAST is an intensive five-day training designed to provide attorneys, with 2 - 3 years of experience, an opportunity to develop, refine, and practice trial skills to provide more effective representation to clients. TAST culminates in a mock bench trial. As a prerequisite, all TAST attendees MUST attend the virtual Pre-training requirement Litigation Planning and MUST complete and submit a trial notebook.

This training is limited to 36 participants.
