The Fundamentals of Domestic Violence for Lawyers five session webinar series is a framework course to explore the impact of domestic violence on our clients and our cases. Participants will gain understanding of the tactics employed by abusers and the barriers our clients face in achieving safety and autonomy; how to effectively screen for domestic violence and safety plan accordingly; and how to serve survivors with a holistic response that includes both legal and non-legal remedies.

• This webinar series is open to attorneys only.
• Priority will be given to OVW grantees.
• No MCLE credits will be provided.
• There is no fee to attend this webinar series.
