Litigation Planning Training - Ohio

Description

The Committee on Regional Training (CORT) will be presenting the Litigation Planning Training on April 19, 2018 in Columbus, Ohio

The training will introduce litigation planning concepts including: element charts; trial notebooks; matters of proof; evidence; developing a theme and theory of a case; and the use of drama in the courtroom. Litigation Planning is a prerequisite for Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST), which will take place in July.

The target audience for Litigation Planning is lawyers with 1 1/2 years of practice after admission.

We will apply for Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia CLE credits for this training.
