Presenter David Pence is a private attorney in Charleston, WV. A major portion of his practice for almost ten years has been assisting claimants fighting for their disability benefits. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Representatives (NOSSCR) and has taught various seminars on the subject of Social Security Disability.
