Litigation Planning Training - Ohio

Description

The Committee on Regional Training (CORT) will be presenting the Litigation Planning Training on March 23, 2017 in Columbus, Ohio.

The training will introduce litigation planning concepts including: element charts; trial notebooks; matters of proof; evidence; developing a theme and theory of a case; and the use of drama in the courtroom. Litigation Planning is a prerequisite for Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST), which will take place in July.

The target audience for Litigation Planning is lawyers who are in their second year of practice.

We will apply for Ohio and Indiana CLE credits for this training.
